Summer Menu 2018-2019

 

Choose 1 of the following dishes:

Prime Aged Charolais Beef
from the carvery

Polenta & Parmesan Crumbed Chicken Fillet
served with pickled slaw and red capsicum relish

Seared Lamb Fillet Salad
with bacon, mango, asparagus and roasted kipfler, drizzled with a raspberry balsamic

Fergussons Chunky Beef Pie
served with roasted vegetables and gravy

Market Fish of the Day
with Moroccan marinade served with cous cous and fresh greens

King Prawn Pappardelle Pasta
topped with a pesto cream, with semi dried tomato and Parmesan shavings

House Made Spinach & Ricotta Gnocchi
tossed in a Napoli sauce with cherry tomato, rocket pesto & Parmesan shavings (V)

Chef’s selection of sides to be served as share platters for the group.

with cous cous, peas, mint labne, shaved fennel & soft herbs  GF

Barley & Pumpkin Risotto

Zucchini flower, buffalo milk risoo & Smoked almond gremolate  V
