Our full day Yarra Valley wine tours include a delicious one course lunch. When touring the Yarra Valley you will dine at one of the following wineries: Isabella’s Restaurant at Rochfod Wines, Fergusson Winery & Restaurant or Steels Gate Wines & Restaurant.

2021-2022 Spring-Summer Lunch Menu

Choose 1 of the following dishes:

 

Beef Oyster Blades
 slow cooked oyster blade with pickled summer cabbage, beetroot, almond picada and cheery puree

Chicken Maryland
smoked paprika and garlic, sweet potato couscous and lemon creme fraiche   NF

Seared Barramundi
roast capsicum and olive caponata, cauliflowe puree and kasundi   GF, NF

Vegetable Ratouille
 
eggplant, zucchini, squash, capsicum, tomato, buffalo mozarella and polenta  V, GF, NF

 

Served with a glass of Rochford Shiraz or Sauvignon Blanc

Filtered coffee & tea available to finish

Polenta & Parmesan Crumbed Chicken Fillet served with pickled slaw and red capsicum relish

Seared Lamb Fillet Salad with bacon, mango, asparagus & roasted kipfler with a raspberry balsamic

Fergussons Chunky Beef Pie served with roasted vegetables and gravy

Market Fish of the Day with Moroccan marinade served with cous cous and fresh greens

King Prawn Pappardelle Pasta topped with a pesto cream, with semi dried tomato and Parmesan shavings

House Spinach & Ricotta Gnocchi tossed in a Napoli sauce with cherry tomato, rocket pesto & parmesan  V

Chef’s selection of sides to be served as share platters for the group
